I am an Advanced Clinical Practitioner Physiotherapist with specialist interest in musculoskeletal conditions. Being a certified Pilates instructor with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute means I can provide expert knowledge and facilitation during my classes to ensure you get the most out of them!
Pilates is a type of mind-body exercise that focuses on core strength, flexibility, muscle control, balance and breathing and it can promote mental well-being through relaxation.
Pilates is accessible for all abilities due to each exercise having up to 5 levels of difficulty meaning you are continually increasing your fitness and meeting new challenges.
Pilates is a brilliant way to improve both physical and mental well-being and our classes are warm, welcoming and fun- we can‘t wait for you to begin practicing with us!
All our classes are Physio-led with a maximum of 9 participants per class.
All exercises will be modified as required for each participant and we always encourage everyone to work at their own level by providing options for each exercise.
After demonstrating each exercise the instructor will walk around the class to provide further assistance and facilitation.

Book a 30 or 60 minute 1:1 assessment with the advanced clinical practitioner physiotherapist to discuss and assess any pre-existing conditions and provide an introduction to Pilates so you can get the most out of your classes.
