You’ll attend the same class each week for 4 weeks, giving you the chance to build a routine, progress steadily and get the most from your Physio-led Pilates sessions!
Because our classes are small and limited to 9 people, fixed slots help make sure you don’t miss out on your preferred day and time whilst getting the support and modifcations your need to optimise your fitness.
This option is perfect if you want to commit to your wellbeing without the hassle of booking each week!
Pay as you go option for those who can’t commit to a monthly block, Bookings available one week in advance and last minute bookings welcome.
Please bring a Pilates mat (thicker than a yoga mat for increased support) and a small cushion or hand towel for head support.
A 1:1 assessment with the advanced clinical practitioner physiotherapist to discuss and assess and underlying conditions, provide appropriate exercise modifications and an introduction to Pilates.
An extended assessment for those with more complex medical history or pre-existing injury. Allowing in-depth assessment and introduction to Pilates with appropriate exercise modification.
