Your booking secures your space in the same class each week
Monthly fee depends on the number of weeks within that month (i.e. 4 or 5 week month)
Payment is required 1 week before the next monthly block begins to secure your place, if payment hasn't been made your place won't be reserved.
Bookings are non-refundable, if you are unable to attend a class you may be able to swap to an equivalent class within the same month as availability allows.
Spaces can not be reserved where there is a break in monthly payment.
Initial payments can be made via PayPal or BACs Transfer .
Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received in full.
Cash and cheque payments will be available as additional options for ongoing monthly bookings after the first month.
All our classes are booked in blocks and details of the dates for each block can be found on the booking description at the time of booking.
We require all clients to have completed a health screening form (will be sent in an email at time of booking) or attended an individual consultation prior to attending our classes. Failure to do so or bring the required forms to your first class will result in your booking being cancelled until such time these are completed, and no refunds will be given.
Your block booking is only for the particular block you have paid for and NOT ongoing. To continue in the same class for the next block you must book and purchase that block separately.
Bookings are on a first come first serve basis. We are only able to guarantee your place in a class where you have block booked and payment has been made in full.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled class please email admin@solihullphysiopilates.co.uk with as much notice as possible to allow flexibility for class swaps. Unfortunately refunds aren’t available for monthly block booking but class swaps will be possible as availability allows. If you no longer wish to continue please give at least one weeks notice prior to the end of the month.
For all cancellations it is your responsibility to ensure we have received your notification.
Classes- Pay as you go
Charged at £14 per class
Bookings can only be made 1 week prior to the class.

Pay as you go classes must be paid for at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
The fee may be transferred to another class (within 8 weeks) as long as the class is cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to attend a pre-paid pay as you go class or cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in you being charged for the class as if you had attended.
You will only be able to cancel and rebook one class per month.

1:1 Appointments
50% deposit is required for all 1:1 appointments at the time of booking, this will be refunded if the cancellation is over 24 hours prior to the appointment start time, the outstanding balance is required at the time of the appointment.
Deposits need to be paid via PayPal or BACs transfer and your booking will not be confirmed until the payment has been received.
The outstanding balance can be paid by the method above or by cash or cheque.
If you need to cancel your 1:1 appointment please email admin@solihullphysiopilates.co.uk with as much notice as possible. If the cancellation is on the day please call 07922699017. 50% fee applies for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
